Kyocera Fineceramics at SEMICON Europe 2023 – Innovative materials and components for semiconductor production
The specialists in advanced ceramics will present alternative materials for high-precision components and manufacturing parts in the semiconductor and electronics industry at this year’s SEMICON Europa in Munich from 14 to 17 November 2023.
- Fine Ceramic Components
Kyoto/Mannheim − The subsidiary of KYOCERA Europe GmbH, which is part of the Japanese Kyocera Group, is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of advanced ceramics, which are increasingly being used in the semiconductor and electronics industries. The focus is on components that have to demonstrate particularly high precision, flexural strength and low thermal expansion, such as chucks, reflectors and components of positioning tables in semiconductor manufacturing. Kyocera Fineceramics’ components excel with high precision even for complex surface profiles and structures, and are custom-designed and manufactured for customers. In addition to the complex structures, the durability of use under harsh process conditions ist particularly noteworthy, especially in a very wide temperature range, for example from cryogenic to high temperatures as well as rapid temperature changes.
